39 air-conditioned Rooms and Suites divided among three buildings, many with private balconies have a full bath or shower, telephone, in-room safe, hair dryer, luxury linen/towels &quality personal care products. All units have their own cable TV. The facilities and services consist of the Terrace Restaurant, overlooking the pool with the Caribbean Sea visible in the distance, serving breakfast and fine dinners with world class cuisine and an excellent wine selection; a hotel bar and lounge, the Beach Bar & Restaurant serving local specialities for lunch and dinner, fresh water pool, lighted tennis court, complimentary use of kayaks and snorkelling gear, beach cabanas and chaise lounges, game room and library with pool table, satellite TV, games and books. Babysitting services, sightseeing, picnic, fishing and excursions to neighbouring islands organized through the front desk, car, bicycle and golf cart rental available at a charge. No meal plan is offered. All meals can be enjoyed and paid for at the resort.

Airport transfers: Taxi and ferry between North Eleuthera Airport and the hotel is approx. $(US)30.00 p.p. round trip to be paid on the spot.

Cancellations received within 31 days of arrival are subject to a 3 night penalty + administration fee (no shows-no refund)

Additional person charge is £32.00 per adult and £10.00 per child per night, age 0 – 11yrs (Room rates are based on two persons sharing)
